I learned this from Steve Gruverman, my colleague in the band Nouveau Chapeau, who plays bombarde on this track. A hanter dro is a Breton dance in 3/4. The magic of recording is that you can have these instruments of wildly different dynamic levels -- bombarde and recorder! -- playing ensemble.
